The Door Gaskets on this page pertain to 'M' Series import models. (examples: MCR27E5, MCT18E4, MWF27J8, MWR27E5) Some gaskets have black and grey material options. Also, some models have a flat glass door construction. Others have a "pie dish" glass door construction. We refer to it this way because the glass resembles a very large pie dish. Example pictures of both below. For a flat glass system there are multiple gaskets while for a pie dish glass, only 1 door gasket is required. Please see diagrams below note on shims.
***NOTE***
When door gaskets are replaced on rigid mount machines, it is sometimes found that the door won't close properly when the new gasket is installed. This could be because, as the old gasket compresses with use, customers remove the shims to get a better seal. When the new, thicker gasket is installed, the door may not seal well unless the shims are re-installed.
The most common shims on domestic machines and on some import machines are:

On other import machines, 20kg to 27kg, the most common shims are:

FLAT GLASS
Flat Door Glass Configuration: Uses one gasket for Glass, one gasket for Door, and on smaller doors a Bumper/Band gasket.
Usually used before 2014 though some overlap exists.
PIE DISH GLASS
Pie Dish Door Glass Configuration: Uses single gasket.
Note that M Series Models (MCR****, MWT**** etc.) have used the Pie Dish Door Glass circa 2002

Note 1
Some earlier versions of Model number MWF27 shipped with a gasket that is now discontinued. Part number 02 03200 is the correct part; however, shims on the handle and hinges may have to be removed to ensure a good seal.
Note 2
Please note that the 18 KG machines may have one of two gaskets. Gasket measurements are very similar but not exact and are not interchangeable.
