SQL Database request for Drynet
The SQL failed to make a connection to the SQL Server. Please check the SQL Configuration parameters. 3021 – No Current record.

The following error is caused by Drynet; this issue was fixed in Drynet version 21016.

When programming Drynet for the first time, you may get an SQL error as shown:

Note: This error may also appear if the Names database is not working and/or not configured. Ensure that the drycodes appear in the Names database. If no drycodes are configured, you will get the same error.

Do not worry about this error. We normally use NAMES.MDB to store the names of formulas and drycodes. We added framework to store this data in a SQL server. Once Miltrac is configured, there will be a valid names database that Drynet will read from.

Make sure to NOT program the drycode names to be written to a SQL database. To check this program decision, follow these steps:

SQL Database Option

1. Open Dryer/Shuttle Controller window.

2. Select Admin Tools, and then SQL Configuration as shown:

3. Make sure that the top checkbox is not checked as shown below. This should NEVER be enabled.

  • If this is enabled the only way to fix it is to go into regedit and change value to zero.
  • Open regedit and go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Milnor\DEVCOMM.
  • Make sure UserSQLDatabase is set to zero.

If this isn't the issue, the next thing to check is whether Use Goods code to reload devices is checked. See below.

Make sure the “Use Good code to reload devices” option is never checked in Drynet:

If it is checked, uncheck this option.

If this does not fix the issue, make sure the names.mdb database exists

You should find the names.mbd database in C:\Milnor\Miltrac and that when you select Names/Drycodes you have something programmed in this field, see the following example:

If the table shows no names, select Add a Name and add your drycodes into this table.

Type the number, Name and select OK for each drycode.
