Circuitry Updates
You will need to wire in the new proportional valve directly to the D to A board, 24VDC and 0VDC. Use the picture below for reference.
Connect Wire 1 (brown) to TB7. This is 0VDC.
Connect Wire 2 (blue) to TB101. This is 24VDC.
Connect Wire 3 (black) to MTA43-3. The existing wire will be cut and butt spliced to Wire 3.
Connect Wire 4 (green / yellow) to TB7. This is the signal ground.
Programming Updates
PID constants may have to change to support the new valve. Program the gains as follows if pressure overshoots desired.
