Remote Display Troubleshooting
Remote displays are a convenient way to see the state of dryers and shuttles at the Mentor PC. This article is for troubleshooting issues with that display.

The Mentor Remote displays are beneficial for operators at the CBW.  To use these displays you must have a Multitrac or Mildata PC that supports the Online Communicator.  The remote displays look at Online Communicator information, usually located on the Multitrac Computer.

10. Turn off Version 6 by unchecking the box next to "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" if it is checked.  We never use Internet protocol version 6 and have found that it might interfere with communications if left enabled.

11. Double Click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)"
