Ram Command for a single manifold press

If you have Ram Command (soft squeeze) on your single manifold press, the following pictures show the new format of the components.  Older presses had a different component format and more manifold blocks for this option.

There is a pilot pressure hose connected to the system gage port.  There is also an connection to the ram down and tank port on the Ram Command manifold.

If troubleshooting a system leak you may wish to disconnect the Ram Command system.  If so, we have plugs to allow disconnecting the Ram Command block.  This is where to install the plugs.  The plug part numbers are (52PY0GR004) hex plug  1.25'' and (52PY1AR001) hex plug 1''
