When performing a draw down test to determine flowmeter accuracy, the information below required along with a tape measure. You can calculate how much water was pumped with some simple math. We use this method to confirm flow meter calibration on the main PulseFlow® water meter. All water is pumped from this tank to the rinse zone, thus, it passe through the flow meter.
Early PulseFlow® machines had a single tank where we mixed fresh and press water for rinsing. The tank volume is shown below. At the marked bolt, the tank volume is 190 Gallons and 11.75 gallons per inch.

Later machines use a split tank with fresh and press water separated by a divider. The volume per inch is different on each side and the label on the tank may have been erroneous. So, use these volumes to accurately calculate the volume pumped.
The PulseFlow® Split Tank has volumes as shown in the inset. See attached pdf for more details.
The tank volume is different on the reuse and fresh side for the 76028 and 76039 tank. .
The Fresh side of the tank is on the left, closest to Mod 1.
