Milnor Presses have a plastic press bed underneath the conveyor belt, directly underneath the ram pressure point.  These are grooved to allow water to more easily drain to recirculation pumps.  From time to time these need to be replaced due to mushrooming (becoming concave) or cracking.  Or, if the orientation of the press is changed, a new press bed is necessary.  

This article discusses which press bed might be needed.  This is determined by the model, shape, size, and the flow direction of the press bed.

Below are dimensional diagrams of the press beds and example pictures.  Model number tables with the corresponding press beds are provided.  Please note however, because of part changes over time and possible orientation changes, it is very important to collect measurement information and read the notes concerning the proper press bed to purchase.
