Miltouch Level Troubleshooting
You are probably reading this because your machine is not filling to the right level. So, here are a few troubleshooting tips.

Make sure there is no Teflon tape on the fittings.  It can block the tube.

Go to the "board" button at the bottom of the main page.

Click outputs.

Find and turn on door lock, drain closed and cold water outputs.  The machine will begin filling.

Click on the A/D D/A button at the bottom of the page.
This shows the inputs page for the A/D and D/A functions.
The water level is an analog input to the transducer and digitized to the board.  This is shown as the Level row in the page.

The counts represent the digital value of the water level.  The counts go up as level goes up.  The Level count offset that you program in configure is the value at which the water touches the bottom of the basket.  This is normally set at about 234 for the V8Z but can vary a few hundred counts depending on model.  The value relates to the tap on the shell and height below the bottom of the cylinder.  This count offset sets the zero point for the water level.

Look at the water level in the cylinder and confirm that the counts go up as the level goes up.

Go back to the output page after you get a few inches of water in the machine.  Turn off the cold water output.  Go back to the A/D page and see if the counts remain steady.  If they slowly go down then you have a leak in the tubing.
