Locks and Handles for Electric Boxes and Cosmetic Panels

This knowledge article concerns the locking mechanisms and handles used throughout the Milnor line of products.  Electric boxes, switch panels, side panels, guards and cosmetic covers all have handles and/or locks to secure the doors or allow easy removal and access.  Types of locks/handles include, Quarter Turn Latch, Compression latches, L-Handle, T-Handle, and Flush-Pocket handles

QUARTER TURN LATCH LOCKS
 

27A102 QUARTERTURN LATCH DBBIT OPERT		Used in many electric/control enclosures but also on side panels and flow control panels throughout the Milnor product line.
27A102S QUARTERTURN LATCH DBBIT 304SS		Used in Single Stage Press electric control boxes and cosmetic panels.
27A102H QUARTERTURN LATCH 9/16 DEEP DBBIT OPERT		Used on cosmetic door panels for larger Suspended Washer/Extractors.  Also used on side and rear doors of Rigid Mount machines.  Note the deeper offset of the cam.
27A102J QUARTER-TURN LATCH DB-BIT 42MM		Used on Extractor cosmetic covers and doors. Note the even deeper offset.
27A102A KEY DBL-BIT FOR QTR TURN LATCH		Key for all double bit quarter turn latches.

COMPRESSION VICE LATCH LOCKS

27A102M VISE-ACT.DBBIT.LATCH#E3-12-27		Used on the side door and front cosmetic panels of many dryer types as well as side cover / end cover panels on G3 and G4 CBWs
	27A102P / COMP ADJ LATCH EMKA1000 7MMTRIANGLE + 27A102Q CAM FOR 27A102P W/ 14MM OFFSET  The Key for this lock is 27A102N Used in some G1 and G3 CBWs as well as 6458 steam dryers IP44 compliant = product will be protected from solid particles that are over 1mm in size and from low velocity sprays of water from every direction.
