Hays Valve Repair Parts

Older Milnor units used Hays valves for water inlet and steam applications.  Hays valves do not have repair kits but a list of replacement parts for the valve styles they have. 
Below the diagrams is a chart of Hays valves, part types, and part numbers.  The product description in the left column will be a link to part pictures in the row.

Some parts are exclusive to the steam valve bases 96P039 and 96P040E.  These include piston assemblies, piston seat washers, coils, teflon split rings and the plunger.  Other parts are interchangeable with the 1/2" and 3/4" water valves.  These include seat nut washers, coupling nuts, piston springs, bonnets, palnuts, and spring washers.  Part types in charts will be links to pictures of those parts.
