Overview
Gear reducers convert the higher motor RPM to a slower drive RPM that has a higher torque. Before inverters became widely used, many washer/extractors utilized gear reducers with and air clutch to engage the drive system. Today, gear reducers are typically found on tunnel and conveyor drive systems.
Below is a list of gear reducers with their corresponding air clutch and rotary air seal kit. The parts are organized by machine model number. Any notes specific to model numbers will be written beneath the table of part numbers.
There is only one rotary air seal, and two air clutch assemblies. These are noted in the tables, and pictured below.

In the late 80's many customers substituted the original gear reducer 54S014PK for gear reducer 54S015 on the 42026Q** machines.
If the customer's machine was retrofited to the 54S015 they will have to purchase 54S015.

The K15 0002 is size 12ER350, 12". The PK14 0001 is size 10ER300, 10". See pictures below
