Festoon can hang from a track or run on the floor through a plastic "gator" track.
For hanging festoon applications, the cables hang on trolleys and the trolleys are supported by track. Milnor uses 14 ga and 12 ga track. 14 ga is no longer used but repair parts are available. If the 14 ga parts are worn and require replacement we recommend a 12 gauge replacement.

14 ga and 12 ga trolleys are not compatible. You need the heavier rail for 12 ga trolleys.

09VFF0814 (Yellow 14 AWG with 8 conductors)This cable is not shielded. We use this for the control wires such as photo eyes and proximity switches.
09VFF0816S (Black 16 AWG with 8 conductors)This cable is shielded. It used for the motor power leads. Inverter driven motors may create Electromagnetic interference (EMI) with other control signals. The shield prevents problems with EMI.
