Dryer Processor Update to 08BSPE3T Board
There is one wiring change in the dryer to update from a 08BSPE1T or 08BSPE2T to a 08BSPE3T.
On the dryers using a 08BSPE** series board before the 08BSPE3T, there is a connection from MTA37-2 to TB7. This connection needs to be moved to MTA28-8 to TB7.

If there is no pin in MTA28-8, use the existing wire MTA37-2 and insert it into MTA28-8.
