Note:
27KH050A88B has 6 relays on the board as delivered from Demag.
27KH050A88BZ has 3 relays on the board.
Milnor only uses the 3 relays shown below for hoist control.
Skilled technicians can make a field repair by using one of the three relays (not shown in the picture below) as a spare for a failed relay.
This requires a soldering iron and solder wick (or sucker) to remove the old relay and replace it with a spare.

The contactor can be disassembled easily. Clean and burnish the contacts to attempt a short term repair. See pictures below of the internal pieces showing the disassembled contactor.
Clean the contacts carefully with fine (660) grit sandpaper and reassemble for a short term repair.
A standard Demag hoist has a pendant control that you would use by hand. SInce we need the remote control capability they add this control box which allows the elevator control outputs to fire a relay and then make the input to the Demag controls.
This box and cables below convert a standard pendant control to remote control capability.
Part number is 27KH050A88B. the relay board in it is show above in the board pictures. When you buy the relay board you get the box with it.
