LIST OF CHAIN COUPLNG PARTS USED ON CBW MOTOR TO GEAR REDUCER SYSTEM AND ON SOME WASHER EXTRACTOR HYDRAULIC DOORS.

Milnor employs a chain coupling for power transfer between motors and gear reducers on CBW systems.  Please note the part differences in the listed assemblies, see comments.

Older chain coupling assemblies have a slight variation in the parts.

The difference being that the gear reducer side of the coupling changed from part 27E5511B to a coupling - bushing combination of 27E5511D and 27E5511E.  pictured below

There are two coupling repair kits available.  
KTG3MCR001 is for the 10HP assembly (A67DB001) 
KTG3MCR002 is for the 5HP assembly (A67DB002)
Both kits come with instructions (attached to this knowledge article) 
Also part number 27E5511B is provided in the kit. 
if you want the combo 27E5511D and 27E5511E order individual parts in the assembly.

Chain couplings are also used on the hydraulic doors in some of our 275 lb. (125 kg) capacity washer extractors.  Found currently on 48040F7* machines with tilt functions. 
54J220, 56Q1A1610, 02 175048, and 02 09109 pictured below diagram.
