CBW database error "Table "version" already exists", unhandled exception
"Table "version" already exists" is indicating a corrupt database for the CBW Mentor.
This "Table "version" already exists" error is indicating a corrupt database for the CBW Mentor.  If the user attempts to replace the database with a version which is not for this CBW (meaning another CBW database file) this error will display.  

The fix is to restore the database.  If the customer did not reboot the PC when this error occurs, then the backup.mdb can be renamed to miltron.mdb.  

If the PC has been rebooted after the error, the solution is to restore the data from a good backup.
