CBW SUPPORT ROLLER ASSEMBLIES WITH PART NUMBERS

Continuous Batch Washers, or CBWs, use roller wheels to support the wash modules.  Different generations of tunnels use different support rollers.  For Gen 1, or G1 tunnels and the large G4 tunnels the support rollers are located on the discharge end of each module.  G2 and G3 tunnels have support roller assemblies on the load and discharge ends of the welded modules.  

The diagrams and parts list below are arranged by generation.
G3 and G4 support assemblies are very similar.  

G1 tunnels consist of model 76032.  They use the A62 00100C support assembly.  That is now sold as two kits:   
KTW SUPRLA (SUPPORT ROLLER W/O BRACKET) 
KTW SUPRLB (BRACKET ASSEMBLY FOR ROLLER)

G2, G3, and G4 use a different size roller wheel.  This wheel assembly part number is A64SR001R (pictured below)

G2 consists of model 76022, and older versions of 76028 and 76039 models. 
The older 76028 & 76039 G2 models can be determined by the structure of the tunnel.  G2 machines have a square top, G3 have a rounded top.



The support rollers for G2 machines are as follows. 

A64SR001 - A64SR001A

G3 models include later versions of 76039 and 76028 models.  The support rollers may come with tensioners.  Diagrams below.

A64SR002 - A64SR002R 

A64SR002AL - A64SR002BL ( A64SR002(R) WITH TENSIONERS )

G4 is model 92048.  The support roller assemblies are the same as the G3 assemblies except that the support plate brackets are different.
