CBW GUIDE ROLLER ASSEMBLIES WITH PART NUMBERS
GUIDE ROLLER ASSEMBLIES FOR CBW SYSTEMS WITH DIAGRAMS AND PART NUMBERS

Continuous Batch Washers use guide rollers, on the same track as the support rollers, to keep load transfer forces from causing alignment problems.   Each generation of CBW has a different guide roller assembly though the G3 and G4 models are very similar.

Generation 1 CBWs (MODEL 76032 AAR & Before)

***Older model CBWs with date code AAR and earlier use Guide Roller A62 00200.  Diagram below with part numbers***

G3 CBWs Models 76028 and 76039 (late models / round top)

G3 Models use one roller guide per module.  Early G3 models may have had two roller guides on one track which could lead to cracks.
Click HERE for repair instructions if necessary.

The First Module of G3 CBWs uses A64GR002 / 7639G3 GUIDE ROLLER ASSY FT.  This mounts on the right.
The Mid and Last modules use A64GR003 / 7639G3 GUIDE ROLLER ASSY RR.  This mounts on the left.

G4 CBWs (Model 92048) use two guide rollers on each module.
AGR63001 / 9248 GUIDE ROLLER RIGHT ASSY and AGR63001A / 9248 GUIDE ROLLER LEFT ASSY.

G3 and G4 Guide roller assemblies are identical with the exception of the mounting brackets.  Please see diagram and parts list below.
