Air Valves - ASCO Solenoid Valves, Repair Parts, and Kits

Differing styles of ASCO valves have different repair kits.  Parts like coils, washers, clips, and nameplates are shared over multiple styles of valves.  Below is a chart showing valve styles and the parts and kits needed for repair. Most of the differing styles come in 3 voltages, 24V, 120V, and 240V though, with the exception of the coil, the voltage does not change the kit part number or the repair part numbers.  The part numbers are links to part pictures.

LEGACY ASCO REPAIR KITS

Kit part number 96V235A is used on legacy Milnor valve 96P041 and 96V235 was used on valve part number 96P013.  Neither valve is available any longer.
They resemble this valve.  Pictured is the 1/2 inch, 96P013 is the 3/8 inch.  The repair kits are in stock but will not be available after they are sold.

CHANGE TO PART NUMBER 96TBC2AA24                                               
Asco no longer manufactures part number 96TBC2AA24 for Milnor.  Now provided by SMC
The repair kit will work on the ASCO valve but not the SMC valve.  The SMC valve has no repair parts or kit.
