AIRMOUNT BELLOWS ACTUATOR PART NUMBERS

Milnor washer/extractors use airmount bellows for various functions.  These include sealing doors and Dryel systems, push down and hold down for suspended wash cylinders, and tilting the wash cylinder for load and unload.  The part numbers are pictured below with examples of how and where they are used.  The parts are listed by function.  As always, due to differing configurations, it's important to measure the airmount you're trying to replace and compare it with the measurements provided below. 

DOOR SEALS

60B090 - USED TO SEAL DOORS WHERE THE DOOR HAS A BAR SEAL MECHANISM.  EXAMPLES PICTURED BELOW PART.
THEY ARE USED IN 36" THRU 64" MACHINES.  100 lb (45 kg) THRU 275 lb (125 kg) 

60B100 -  MULTIPLE USES:
                1.    TO SEAL DOORS OF LARGE MACHINES, 68" THRU 72", USUALLY IN DOUBLE CONFIGURATION AS IN THE PICTURE ABOVE.     

                2.    DRYEL LOADING SYSTEMS USE 60B100 TO SEAL THE MECHANISM TO THE UNIT

                3.    PUSH DOWN / HOLD DOWN SYSTEMS IN 42" MACHINES

PUSH DOWN / HOLD DOWN

Push Down / Hold Down airmounts are sold in kits which include a polyethylene bag as a drip sheild to keep oil from deteriorating the rubber bellows.  The part number for the bag is 69C050A. (pictured below)
