08BHF120xT Boards - I/O and Release Notes

Some MilTouch controllers utilize one peripheral board. This board contains all of the inputs, outputs, A to D, and D to A channels a washer needs. This is the 08BHF120 series of boards.  This includes 08BHF120AT, 08BHF120BT, and 08BHF120CT boards.

08BHF120AT

This is the first iteration of the board series. This has been superseded by the 08BHF120BT.

08BHF120BT

This board introduced an onboard A to D channel for detecting out of balance loads for extract speed limiting. The previous version used Exact Extract, utilizing an accelerometer and balance board, to determine the magnitude of the imbalance. The BT version of the board receives a signal from the Yaskawa inverter on the A to D channel to detect the magnitude of imbalance. The Yaskawa inverter must have proprietary software installed to be able to use this function.

08BHF120CT

This board adds a new function for a 24V flowmeter to measure water consumption in the machine.
